Fairy Tales were never meant to be what we would consider "children's stories", but they've become ingrained in our modern culture, helping to shape the ideals of our children before we even know that they're shaping ideals.
While the classics teach important lessons, like don't trust your step-mom because she's planning to cook and eat you (by the bye, that was sarcasm), fairy tales could be used to address real concerns for our newest generations.
Roxanne's "Little Town" fairy tale project is the start of a series of stories with folkloric feel but modern morals.
In addition to song lyrics, Roxanne also composes poetry as a hobby.
This is a work in progress. Please stop by later for some interesting anecdotes from the road.
